This deal follows recent lettings to Glory Global Solutions (10,000 sq ft) and The AA (42,000 sq ft). The building is now 60% let – solidifying Plant’s reputation as a destination for businesses seeking best-in-class facilities and a fruitful work environment.
There’s still space to grow – 62,500 sq ft remains available across Levels 2, 3, and 6.
