Hollis Hockley are pleased to confirm the successful letting of Unit 3 to DeGirolami UK Ltd on behalf of Logicor.

The unit has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment and was let to Italian furniture distributors, DeGirolami, for a term of 10 years upon practical completion.

Unit 3 forms part of Logicor’s wider estate ownership on Central Avenue in West Molesey, where Hollis Hockley are retained leasing agents alongside Cattaneo Commercial.
