The prime multi let office building totals 65,000 sq ft and is let for 5.6 years to expiry to well known occupiers such as Grant Thornton, Mott McDonald and Rio Tinto. The new owners plan to invest in the building further, to create Readings best fully fitted and flexible workplace.
