In recent years, the pair have advised on over 3 million sq ft of leasing transactions and over 1,000 acres of strategic development land. Their extensive knowledge base covers key markets across Greater London, the South East and the Midlands.

The duo are a key strategic hire for the partnership as it continues to grow its presence across these regions. They join existing partners Neil Hockley, Jeremy Metcalfe, Rhodri Shaw, Chris Barrs, Alice Hilliard and Natasha Ryan as well as recent hire Mike Rowlands.

In October 2019, Barrs, Shaw and Metcalfe joined Neil Hockley at Hollis Hockley to spearhead an expansion of the Partnership. Since then Hollis Hockley has opened a Reading office and been appointed on over 3.5 million sq ft of high profile leasing instructions across the South East market, including the Frasers Property Southern Estates Business Park portfolio.
