We are pleased to announce that following a comprehensive refurbishment by our clients CCLA and FiduciaPAM, Hollis Hockley have let the whole of No 8 Arlington Square West totaling 42,500 sq ft to a major Pharma company at a new prime rent for Bracknell. The deal represents the largest letting in Bracknell since 2013 and a great result for the whole team. The property was only completed in November 2019 and to have secured a very high caliber occupier so quickly gives testament to both the quality of the location and the excellent standard of the refurbishment. The building next door at No 7 Arlington Square West is under refurbishment now as well and when complete in Q4 2020 will provide 66,500 sq ft of prime Grade A office space into an acutely under supplied Bracknell market.
