The Thames Valley specialist has added another Partner, as its expansion into the Western Corridor market continues.
Well known South East agent Natasha Ryan will be joining Hollis Hockley as a Partner. Ryan has 9 years experience in the South East market and has advised clients such as Columbia Threadneedle, LaSalle Investment Management, IPIF and London & Scottish Property amongst others. Ryan will be leaving Cluttons to join existing Partners Neil Hockley, Chris Barrs, Rhodri Shaw, Jeremy Metcalfe and Alice Hilliard.

Barrs, Shaw and Metcalfe joined Neil Hockley at Hollis Hockley in October 2019 to spearhead an expansion of the Partnership. Since then it has opened a Reading office and has been appointed on over a million sq ft of some of the most prestigious leasing instructions across the Western Corridor including the Frasers Property Southern Estates Business Park portfolio. Hollis Hockley have also been involved in some of the largest lettings in the Thames Valley during lockdown including the 42,000 sq ft letting of 8 Arlington Square West in Bracknell to Eli Lilly, 12,500 sq ft at 1330 Arlington Business Park in Reading to a confidential tech company and 81,000 sq ft of lettings to various occupiers at Ascent on Farnborough Aerospace Centre.
