Well known South East agent Alice Hilliard will be joining Hollis Hockley, a leading commercial property practice in the region, as a Partner.
Hilliard will be leaving BNP Paribas Real Estate to join existing partners Neil Hockley, Chris Barrs, Rhodri Shaw and Jeremy Metcalfe.

As reported by CoStar News, Barrs, Shaw and Metcalfe joined Hollis Hockley in October 2019 to spearhead an expansion of the partnership. Since then it has opened a Reading office and been appointed on approximately 700,000 sq ft of business space across the South East. Hollis Hockley also advised on one of the largest lettings in Q1 2020, the 42,000 sq ft letting of 8 Arlington Square West in Bracknell to Eli Lilly.
