Arcese, the international freight forwarding specialists, have taken a 2 year lease in a transaction that was mutually beneficial to both Landlord and Tenant.

Hollis Hockley continue to advise to Valor Real Estate on the potential re-development of the London Road site, with planning consent for a Grade A building totalling 121,179 sq ft having already been secured. Delivery is anticipated in H2 2026.
