Indurent has secured detailed planning approval for a c.230,000 sq ft industrial and logistics development at Viables Business Park, Basingstoke, another step forward in their mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable industrial space across the UK.

๐Ÿ— A Collaborative Approach โ€“ Working in partnership with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, this scheme will transform a major industrial site, delivering a new facility for Sony Europe and a speculative c.161,000 sq ft unit to expand their portfolio.

๐ŸŒฑ Sustainability at the Core โ€“ Built to the โ€˜Indurent Codeโ€™, both units will target at least EPC A+ and BREEAM โ€˜Excellentโ€™, with operational net zero office space.

๐Ÿ“ Boosting Growth & Connectivity โ€“ Expected to support over 200 jobs, the scheme strengthens Basingstoke as a key industrial hub. Located just two miles from the town centre and adjacent to the M3 motorway, it offers direct access to London, Southampton, and the wider South East.

This is their second major collaboration with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, following the successful c.190,000 sq ft Leverton HELM scheme in 2022.
