Faraday sparks back into life in Basingstoke
22 June 2016
Eskmuir Group have completed the refurbishment of three buildings on the Faraday Office Park in Basingstoke. The works follow a purchase of the office scheme earlier this year.
Agents, Hollis Hockley and BDT are instructed by Eskmuir to remarket space options which range from 3,139 sq ft to 13,073 sq ft. The size permutations available include two self contained 3 storey buildings, with feature curtain wall entrance areas fronting onto the development's central courtyard. A parking ratio is offered 1:256 sq ft.
Nick Olliffe of Hollis Hockley commented "Eskmuir have undertaken a comprehensive refurbishment on these units, installing a new VRF air conditioning system & LED lighting in the process. We believe that the quoting rent of £15.50 per sq ft offers excellent value as a result".
Faraday Office Park sits adjacent to the town's ring road system and within 1½ miles from the newly improved junction 6 on the M3 motorway. Existing occupiers elsewhere within the estate include Redrow and Nexans Europe.
