7,119 sq ft has now been let at Chineham Park, Basingstoke, in three deals, marking another strong period of activity at the Park.
Among the lettings, Northamber Plc — an existing occupier — has expanded on park into a self-contained building totalling 5,034 sq ft (this follows their original relocation to Chineham, taking 1,551 sq ft in 2022).
