Last week we welcomed 30 agents to Cody Technology Park for the launch following completion of Phase 1 of the refurbishment works. Since acquiring the 400 acre site in September 2024, Tristan Capital Partners and XLB are two thirds of the way through their capital investment programme transforming the site, delivering significant improvements to the buildings, amenities and wider park environment.
The investment marks a new chapter for Cody, enhancing the offering for existing occupiers and creating an even more compelling destination for businesses specialising in aerospace, defence, and technology.
