Frasers Property has welcomed a diverse mix of global occupiers, taking over 104,000 sq ft of office space, including Boehringer Ingelheim UK, AHEAD, Forcepoint and Loftware. They join established names such as Virgin Media, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Intuitive, the latter having recently opened its new UK and Ireland headquarters and the UK’s largest robotic-assisted surgery training centre at the park.
This reflects Winnersh Triangle’s evolution into a thriving innovation community, with 81% of occupiers operating within the science and technology sectors.
