Hollis Hockley LLP have advised Panattoni UK on the acquisition of a 12.24 acre development site adjacent to Brighton City Airport, Shoreham from Kennedy Wilson.
The land has planning permission for 7 ‘Grade A’ units from 19,000 sq ft up to 97,000 sq ft, totalling 257,043 sq ft. The scheme will target a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
