Hollis Hockley LLP are pleased to have advised Anglesea Capital on two recent transactions at Chester House on Farnborough Aerospace Centre. A prominent global defence, aerospace and biomedical company have taken a new lease on 24,000 sq ft. Furthermore cloud solutions business Pax8 have expanded and taken a new lease on 13,000 sq ft. Both tenants have committed their long term future to the building.
This follows on from the 30,000 sq ft letting of Brennan House next door to Herrington Carmichael shortly after acquisition of the building in 2023. Chester House is undergoing a comprehensive refurbishment. 4,000 – 13,000 sq ft will be available from Q3 2024 on the ground floor.
