Hitachi Zosen Inova have taken 4,382 sq ft on the ground floor, Ascent 4, Farnborough Aerospace Centre. The space was newly refurbished and fitted with meeting rooms and a kitchen / break out area. There is 2,012 sq ft remaining on the 1st floor following the recent letting to Fairstone, and a further 5,548 sq ft newly available on the 2nd floor.
