Tomato Energy has put down roots at Plant – the region’s new best-in-class office development – and have signed a lease for 31,400 sq ft. This deal follows recent lettings to Glory Global Solutions (10,000 sq ft) and The AA (42,000 sq ft). The building is now 60% let – solidifying Plant’s reputation as a destination for businesses seeking best-in-class facilities and a fruitful work environment.

There’s still space to grow – 62,500 sq ft remains available across Levels 2, 3, and 6. The Grade II listed buildings boats leafy communal gardens, roof terraces, and an on-site café & fitness studio.
